Pandawa Beach has a stunning panorama with serene and quiet atmosphere. When entering the beach area, we will be amazed by beautiful panorama of high cliff, flanking the road along 1.5 km. When we pass through the new access to Pandawa Beach, we will be provided a complimentary amazing view of white sandy beach with Indian Ocean just in front of it. On the way down to the beach, we will discover several caves with beautiful ornament of white stone statue taking the inspiration of Panca Pandawa(5 big brothers from Mahabaratha epoch). The statues are beautiful craved with Balinese ornaments and to be one of spot for photo taking when visiting this sight. The Pandawa Beach’s name is taken from the name of 5 big brothers at Mahabaratha epoch consisted of Yudistira, Bima, Arjuna, Sahadewa and Nakula. This story had inspired the Balinese Hindu social life those are reflecting their cultures.
Besides that, there is also an interesting recreation activity around this area which is called paragliding. If the weather is fine and the wind is quite strong, you can see or try this activity directly. The location for starting this activity is actually not in Pandawa Beach, but in Timbis Hill which is not too far from this beach. Usually, this paragliding activity is done in day or afternoon time, if the weather meets the requirements. While you are paragliding, you will be able to see the true beauty of Pandawa Beach from the height.
Melasti beach
Discover this 1.1-km loop trail near Badung, Bali. Generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of 18 min to complete. This trail is great for hiking, running, and walking, and it’s unlikely you’ll encounter many other people while exploring.
Melasti beach is located on the south coast of Bali precisely in Ungasan Village, and is adjacent to Bali Beach Cliff. It’s well-know beach in Bali for great beach view and tranquil atmosphere.
Melasti Beach Known as the beach is often used for Melasti ceremony by local residents on a particular day, for example before Nyepi. Currently access to this beach has been well laid. It proved the existence of the asphalt road towards the edge of the ravine that crosses the coast it often becomes the background of the photo shoot location, its height can be 100-150 meters.
Uluwatu temple
Dramatically perched atop a steep cliff, the Pura Luhur Uluwatu one of six key temples believed to be Bali’s spiritual pillars. Famously visited and known for its magnificent location and a stunning view of the sea this temple has a breathtaking sunset background that is almost magical.
You can marvel at the daily Kecak dance performances and the stunning Balinese architecture that make up this sea temple. This temple is situated 250 feet above the waves of the Indian Ocean making it an ideal spot for catching stunning sunset views.
This temple is the worship place of a Balinese-Hindu deity and only a true Hindu follower can enter the second smaller temple inside.
Jimbaran Beach Bali has both lovely beaches and the most exotic seafood in Indonesia. Seafood cafes aligning on Jimbaran beach next to the intercontinental hotel are indeed exceptional. Situated within a peaceful fisherman village, these cafes started as huts that eventually grew into an established industry. Jimbaran Beach Bali was always just a small fishing village, but in the 1980s developers moved in to exploit its glorious beaches.
However, it is still very much a fishing village and it is always pleasing to see when villagers have directly benefited from tourism. Jimbaran Bay Village is the home to some of the best-known international hotel names which straddle the bay, and luxury villas are perched on the hillside with enviable views over the bay. The Jimbaran Bay Beach around the hotels are, as you would expect, stunning and it is a safe area for swimming. Around the village and fish market, it is very much a working area for the fisherman tending their boats and nets and sorting their catch for market.

3 day tour Seminyak to Lovina
We have had a very unique tour of Bali. Our helpful guide took us to many good sites on our drive to Lovina, including the git git waterfalls, a quiet but excellent and generous coffee plantation, a cafe in the mountains with an amazing valley view and to the floating temple. Day 2 also included many sites starting with a trip to the beach to see the dolphins. We then were taken to the sekumpul waterfall, which was breathtaking and wet, at the end of the day we had a scenic drive to a well known buddhist temple. Day 3, we drove along the coast towards kintamani where we had a drink and some wonderful views of Mt Batur, from there we headed south via the Tegallalang rice terraces towards our accomodation in Ubud. Our driver was useful and was open to changes of plans if we wanted to see or do something specific. But note that we only payed for the 3 days with the driver, all other costs including visiting temples etc were not included. Some entries were free, others were expensive but it was a great experience.

Unser Fahrer hat uns pünktlich an unserem Hotel ageholt. Er war super lieb und hat uns viele Hintergrundinformationen über die indonesische und im Speziellen über die balinesische Kultur sogar auf deutsch geben können. Die Tour war sehr vielseitig und wir konnten all die Orte besuchen, die wir uns ansehen wollten. Abends sind wir dann noch in einem super süßen Restaurant zusammen essen gewesen und er hat uns wieder zu unserem Hotel gebracht.
Alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner Tag – sehr zu empfehlen!
