2-Day Bromo tour from Malang Dropp Banyuwangi

Witness the majestic peak of Mount Bromo, one of three monolithic peaks situated in the Tengger Massif caldera in the Bromo-Tergger-Semeru National Park. By 4WD Jeep, see the beautiful sunrise of Mount Pananjakan, the foreground of Mount Semeru, which emits smoke in the distance, and the sun shining brightly up into the sky. Watch the Bromo Sunrise at the sunrise viewpoint, Sand Caldera and the unique Bromo Crater.

Itinerary

Day 1: Depart from Malang to reach Tosari

• 12:00 PM: Pick up from your hotel in Malang and head to Pasuruan town via the tollway.

Day 2: Trek to Penanjakan and later see Mount Bromo

• 3:00 AM: Start trekking to Penanjakan Mount by 4×4 jeep, climbing up to the sunrise viewpoint to enjoy the sunrise and see the fantastic panoramic view of Mt. Bromo and Mt. Semeru at 2700 meters above sea level.
• 5:20 AM: Enjoy the sunrise and the panoramic view of Mt. Bromo and Mt. Semeru as they gradually appear. Then, we will return to the jeep and continue to visit Mount Bromo Crater by stopping at the Sea of Sand parking lot. You can ride a horse or walk about 1.5 km/25 minutes to the foot of Mt. Bromo.
• 6:30 AM: Pass through the Sea of Sand and climb 250 steps to the peak of Mt. Bromo. There, we’ll see, weather permitting, the fantastic view of Tengger Plateau and Mt. Bromo crater.
• 9:00 AM: Return to Tosari Homestay for breakfast at a local restaurant and take a rest before heading back to Malang, approximately a 3.5-hour drive, or drop to Ketapang Port Banyuwangi.
• 1:30 PM, you will be dropped off at your hotel or Ketapang Port.
