CANCELLATIONS & REFUND
Confirmation tour is stated by advance payment 20% of Tour rate if included hotel and activitie’s company
Cancellation at 30 days before check in date full refundable
Cancellation 15 days before day tour time unrefundable
Cancellation at day tour time is fullchargeable

Balitourdirekt can not be held responsible for any loss, damages, injures, delays, changes of schedules or irregularities which are beyond Balitourdirekt”s control, and reserve the right to change any arrangement with or without notice if found to be in the best interest of all parties concerned
