   My girlfriend Giulia and I (we’re both Italian) spent our holiday in Indonesia and had some trouble finding tour guides who spoke good English. While searching online, we stumbled upon Bali Tour Direkt and decided to contact them via WhatsApp. From the very first message, our reaction was: Wow – finally, someone we can communicate with in English!

   We arranged a long trip with them from Malang to Jepara – more than six hours by car. We were accompanied by both a driver and a guide, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. They even assisted us with the paperwork at the bank when we needed to exchange euros for Indonesian rupiah.

   During the journey, they provided us with food and stopped at a great spot along the way where we enjoyed some delicious fresh fish. Everything was well-organized and stress-free.
