RATES
All rates are quoted in U.S. Dollar and based on the current exchange rates
Due to fluctuation, Balitourdirekt reserves the rights to after these rates if circumstances should necessitate such action.
Every effort will be made to notify clients of such changes.
BOOKINGS & CONFIRMATIONS
Full details of arrangements required should be given all the time of booking, followed by an agent’s Vouchers with those same details in writing
Confirmations will be made by airmail, unless cables or telexed replies are requested due to short notice, in which case expenses incurred will be billed to the Agent or Client’s concerned.
PAYMENT
All payment should be paid by bank account number or paypal account transfer and equal by USD Conversion of day time with rupiah and covered surcharge 3 % of tour rate

Cancellation at 30 days before check in date full refundable
Cancellation 15 days before day tour time 50% refundable
Cancellation before 2 day tour time 80% refundable
Cancellation at day tour is unrefundable

Balitourdirekt acts only in the capacity of an agent for hotels, carriers, transportation companies, and other contractors. Therefore,
Balitourdirekt can not be held responsible for any loss, damages, injures, delays, changes of schedules or irregularities which are beyond Balitourdirekt”s control, and reserve the right to change any arrangement with or without notice if found to be in the best interest of all parties concerned
